Makkiyoon signs an agreement to lease Al Tilal Towers hotel during the 1439 Hajj season

Royal Order: –
That at the dawn of the seventeenth day of the blessed Ramadan 1439 AH, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz, may God preserve him, decided to establish a royal commission for the city of Makkah Al-Mukarramah.
Many senior scholars in the Kingdom and others from outside have praised this wise decision, and it has been described as a wise decision by a wise one that carries in its contents the improvement of services and attention to the visitors of the Grand Mosque, based on the concern of our wise leadership in the importance of Makkah Al-Mukarramah and the holy feelings in proportion to its sanctity and position.
Writers and analysts stated that this decision will unify efforts and reference as a method of work to overcome any difficulties that may be faced by the region in the journey of construction and development.
The role of the Royal Commission in Jubail and Yanbu: –
We have experiences referred to in Lebanon. The Royal Commission in Jubail and Yanbu, which was established by royal decree on the sixteenth of the blessed Ramadan 1395 AH during the reign of King Khalid bin Abdul Aziz, may God have mercy on him.
Its mission was: planning and encouraging investment and managing cities of the petrochemical industry and energy-intensive industries through focus and integration with customers, investors, employees, society and the rest of the partners.
Its main objectives were: to reach the cities of the Royal Commission to the rank of the best industrial cities in the world
It seems to us from this royal decree that this body is entrusted with: –
• Attention and preservation of Makkah and the holy sites.
• Serving pilgrims and Umrah performers, organizing their influx, and preparing the necessary plans for that.
• Work to develop the Holy Capital in accordance with the Vision 2030 programs
• Concentration and integration between the leadership and its objectives and the departments of the various bodies within Makkah Al-Mukarramah and direct access to the various achievements and developments
Royal Commission Board of Directors: –
This body is formed under the chairmanship of Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and members of the Board of Directors, namely, His Royal Highness
Prince Khaled Al-Faisal bin Abdulaziz, Adviser to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, Governor of Makkah Al-Mukarramah Region, His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Interior, His Royal Highness Prince Abdullah bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Governor of Makkah Region, and His Excellency Dr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Qasabi, His Excellency the Minister of Hajj and Umrah, Dr. Muhammad bin Saleh Benten, His Excellency Professor Yasser bin Othman Al-Rumayyan, His Excellency the Engineer Ibrahim bin Muhammad Al-Sultan, and His Excellency Dr.
The first meeting of the Royal Commission: –
His Royal Highness Prince Muhammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Royal Commission for the City of Makkah and the Holy Sites on the evening of 30 Ramadan in Makkah Al-Mukarramah chaired the first meeting of the Board of Directors of the Royal Commission for the City of Makkah Al-Mukarramah and the Holy Sites.
During the meeting, they discussed the strategic objectives of the authority within Vision 2030 and ways to develop the holy city of Makkah and the holy sites in proportion to its sanctity and position, and to upgrade the services provided to the pilgrims, Umrah performers and visitors to the Holy House of God.
The main stages of establishing the commission were also discussed, and the objectives of each stage were highlighted in order to ensure the speed of achievement and the fulfillment of the desired aspirations, God willing.
The Board of Directors of the Royal Commission for the City of Makkah Al-Mukarramah and the Holy Places decided to appoint Eng. Abdulrahman bin Farouq Adas as CEO of the Authority.
Makkah Al-Mukarramah Safe Investment Climate: –
This royal order and what preceded it of the wise leadership’s attention to Makkah Al-Mukarramah and targeting to accommodate 30 million pilgrims per year in the vision 2030 and the race of time in developing the holy capital according to Vision 2030 programs, developing highways and means of transportation and transportation, upgrading the services provided to pilgrims and using modern technologies in the service of visitors to the Grand Mosque.
It makes Makkah Al-Mukarramah the best investment climate in the world and provides full security for investors and encourages every real estate developer to do what he has in order to participate in achieving the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 and provide multiple solutions for investors to own in the holy capital compared to other investment solutions that are not without threats or risks. It encourages the investor to go into it, unlike the holy capital, which the Kingdom’s leadership gives special attention to, and works to develop it and overcome every obstacle to its visitors and their service that they see as an honor and purpose.
