His Excellency the Minister of Housing Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail honored Makion Urban Developers with the award for the best real estate developer.
And that was during the opening ceremony of the third edition of the Housing Expo, which is currently taking place in Jeddah.
This honor came in recognition of the role of McKeon in achieving a model and pioneering strategic partnership with the Ministry of Housing through the development of the Ruba Jeddah residential project, which it was able to sell to citizens and start construction work in a short period not exceeding four months.
For his part, Dr. Magdi Hariri, President of McKion Urban Developers Company, appreciated this honor, stressing that the Ministry of Housing, with all its branches, departments and entities emanating from it, headed by His Excellency the Minister of Housing, Majid Al-Hogail, are making great efforts to achieve the goal they seek, which is a home for every citizen.
Hariri indicated that this honor will be a strong incentive for McCune and the rest of the real estate developers to compete positively and effectively to support the ministry towards the goal.
