Dr. Magdi Hariri, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Makion Urban Developers Company, the distinguished real estate developer in Makkah Al-Mukarramah Region, signed a contract for the management and operation of the Hotel Al-Tilal Towers with the Rafada Camp Company for the Hajj season in 1439 AH. This step comes as part of the company’s efforts to achieve the largest investment returns for owners in its various projects.
Dr. Hariri stated that McKeon’s selection of the Rafada camp company came in accordance with the appropriate experiences the company enjoys, consistent with many elements and activities of success and excellence consistent with the Kingdom’s 2030 vision, foremost of which is the quality of services provided to the guests of Rahman during the seasons of worship
He also indicated that the Makkah Project 40 (Al-Tilal Hotel Towers) consists of 856 hotel units with a capacity of 5,479 pilgrims, and all the regular permits from the Pilgrims Housing Committee in the Holy Capital Secretariat have been fulfilled.
Dr. Hariri explained that the units are furnished with four-star hotel furniture, with free delivery service available to the Grand Mosque in Mecca, as well as providing dining halls and halls of various sizes that suit the distinctive hospitality requirements of the visitors and guests of Makkah.
He added that in light of the great success achieved by the Makkah Project 40 (Al-Tilal Towers), praise be to God, the company began marketing and selling the units of the hotel project in Makkah under license No. (70) issued by the Off-Plan Sales Committee at the Ministry of Housing, and it is expected that the project will achieve an investment return. Annually, distinguished by the grace and strength of God, to all owners, indicating that the planned actual operation of the Rabbi Project of Makkah will be in the beginning of 2021 AD, with the help of God Almighty.
The Rabi Makkah project raises the capacity of the company’s hotel projects to serve 10,000 pilgrims annually as part of the operation plan for the Maken Hotel Company’s projects, Al Tilal Towers, Manafea Golden Hotel, and Rabbi Makkah Towers.
It is worth noting that Makion has more than 23 years of experience through which it has accomplished many distinctive projects in hotel housing and family housing to serve all citizens and guests of Rahman in Makkah.
