Makkiyoon Urban Developers was not built overnight. It is the natural continuation of more than three decades of hands-on experience in real estate and urban development—experience shaped by the journey of its founder, Dr. Eng. Magdi bin Mohammed Hariri.
His path began in academia as a university professor at Umm Al-Qura University in Makkah. But his ambition extended beyond lecture halls. Driven by a desire to bring theory into practice, he transitioned into the real estate and urban development sector, eventually leading the company from the moment it was established.
For over ten years, he worked as a specialized technical consultant, collaborating with a range of companies and industry groups. During this time, he played a key role in supporting projects with technical and engineering expertise—contributing to practical solutions, addressing complex challenges, and enhancing both execution efficiency and overall project quality.
These accumulated experiences became the foundation upon which Makkiyoon Urban Developers was built. They shaped a company approach grounded in disciplined engineering standards, operational efficiency, and a clear commitment to quality in every detail
