As part of the Quality of Life Enhancement Program, Makkiyoon Urban Developers welcomed more than 900 visitors along with their families to a special Ramadan evening, where they enjoyed a unique atmosphere, experienced quality of life, and learned about the progress of work at the Sama Jeddah Project in Khayala District, one of the projects of the National Housing Company (NHC). The event took place on Wednesday and Thursday, 19–20 Ramadan (April 20–21), and included games, matches, gift distribution, and hospitality for all attendees who participated in the activities.
Sama Jeddah is one of the key components of the Khayala Residential Project, developed by the National Housing Company as part of its continued delivery of residential projects featuring modern designs and integrated services. The project includes shopping centers, security and recreational services, mosques, green spaces, and healthcare facilities.
Located in a prime area in north Jeddah, Sama Jeddah consists of 34 residential buildings offering a variety of unit models. The project is distinguished by its low residential density, designed to meet the needs of Saudi families.
The event received significant attention from Makkiyoon, as it was organized in the heart of the project’s gardens and featured a wide range of activities, including children’s games and entertainment, outdoor seating areas, souvenir photography, and the Sama Jeddah Champions Tournament.
Visitors were particularly impressed by the rapid preparation of the plazas, gardens, and project facilities, despite the project being in its early stages, with a completion rate of approximately 20%. This initiative aimed to allow beneficiaries to envision their future lives within the project and to embody the concept of quality of life for Saudi citizens.
On this occasion, H.E. Dr. Magdy Hariri, Chairman of Makkiyoon Urban Developers, expressed his delight with the event, stating:
